You will have learned enough to get a medical degree by the time this is over. I am glad you continue to tolerate the transplant, that is wonderful! Your kidneys seem to be coming back and you must be so thrilled. You are playing a balancing act right now, as they increase or decrease dosages, lengths of treatments. Nature has such a way of making our bodies run, and medicine struggles to match it's work. I am glad to know that you get such good care and that you are so aware of changes happening and you report them to your doctors. You have been through so much, you deserve to see improvement. So happy for you that your children bring you so much joy. I am sure this has not been easy for them. I had a very sick mother most of my childhood and remember not being able to concentrate on anything else. It must feel good to get back to work, something familiar to you and distracting. Seems you have a lot of people around you who care about you. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers, hope you continue to improve.
